He flew in from Uganda's capital Kampala, hopped on the train to Stockholm city, and then onto the bus to Stafsnäs and well there, a ferry to Sandhamn. So I had to be gentle when welcoming him to the outskirts of the archipelago, a Swedish classic lunch, and down into a tiny sailboat where he should live for 5 days.
My brave friend Eddy Balina – a true hero from Jinja in Uganda where he is organizing inspirational non-violent changes for young people in his community as well as developing schools for young children. What an honor to host him in our boat, our archipelago, and our country.
