Sailing south to catch a bus up north...

After two great days fixing stuff (longboarding to Erlandsson's boat store twice:-) in Västervik, we felt we really had to get going. So with the fridge filled and batteries charged we took off. The schedule was tight – we had to reach Oskarshamn by lunchtime the next day to catch a bus. We were to go up north in order to catch a train to Gävle for an upcoming speech at the "No Emission Race" – a sail racing competition and climate seminar.

So, we enjoyed some anchoring after the darkness for a few hours of sleep and then sailing off by sunrise. Then yes we admit, we started the engine to help our low-speed sailing to not miss the bus...we arrived at the marina, with an empty battery, ran to the bus and jumped on... some 30 secs before it was leaving. Phieeeuh...

1) Just before we left Västervik...I know, just gonna fix the last stuff for the leg to Oskarshamn.

2) Just after we docked the boat in Oskarshamn, on the bus towards Stockholm. The second bus stop was the same Västervik we left 24 hours ago.
